Promotes normalization and improvement of kidney function in various disorders, prevents the development of pathological changes in kidney tissue

Indications

Renisamin is recommended for use in the following conditions:

  • Acute renal failure
  • Chronic renal failure
  • Chronic kidney diseases: pyelonephritis, glomerulonephritis, nephrosis
  • Stage 1 hypertension, especially in young people
  • Pre- and postoperative period in kidney surgery
  • For elderly people to normalize kidney function

The kidneys are a pair of kidney-shaped organs located in the lumbar region on the right and left sides. Every day, about 1,500 liters of blood pass through the kidneys and are cleaned by about one million microscopic filters called nephrons. Each kidney contains about 1 million nephrons.

Most kidney diseases are caused by damage to the nephrons. When they lose their filtering properties, the body can develop dangerous levels of fluid and waste products, as the kidneys remove nitrogen waste products, foreign and toxic compounds, including many medications, and excess organic and inorganic substances from the body. Dysfunction of the nephrons leads to chronic kidney disease.

Chronic kidney disease can develop at any age. People who have one or more of the following risk factors are at the greatest risk of developing the disease:

  • Diabetes;
  • High blood pressure;
  • Family members have a history of kidney disease;
  • Age over 50 years;
  • Long-term use of medications that can damage the kidneys;
  • Overweight or obesity.

If chronic kidney disease progresses, the blood contains increased levels of metabolic products, many of which are toxic to the body.

This causes poor health. Various health problems may arise, such as high blood pressure, anemia, bone diseases, and plaque formation in blood vessels.

In chronic kidney disease, the main symptoms may be:

  • General weakness;
  • Dyspnea;
  • Sleep problems, insomnia;
  • Loss of appetite;
  • Dry skin, itchy skin;
  • Muscle cramps in the legs, especially at night;
  • Swelling in the legs;
  • Puffiness around the eyes that occurs in the morning.

It is important that kidney cells remain intact for as long as possible and perform all their functions to the fullest extent.

For each cell of our body, including kidney and nephron cells, proteins are important, which form the cell structure and participate in its metabolic processes. As was established thanks to the discovery made in 1999 by Gunther Blobel, who received the Nobel Prize for his scientific work, proteins control the processes of intercellular interaction and determine the ability of the cell to self-repair. A deficiency of peptides (with age or pathology) accelerates tissue wear, aging processes and leads to the development of diseases.

How does Renisamin work?

Renisamin is obtained from enzyme-endocrine raw materials and is a complex of proteins and nucleoproteins that are identical to those in humans. Renisamin has a selective effect on the cells of the renal parenchyma and the nephron system, which helps restore impaired renal function and activate self-healing processes in renal tissues.

Thanks to the mechanism of transcytosis, the incoming protein in an unchanged form ends up in the target cell. In this case, the target is the cells of the kidney and nephron tissues. Getting into them, Renisamin saturates the cells with an optimal protein "diet", allowing them to recover faster and normalize the performance of their functions - filtration and purification of blood.

Clinical trials of Renisamin were conducted in 174 patients with nephropathy, benign nephrosclerosis and other chronic kidney diseases accompanied by impaired kidney function.

The studies established that the use of Renisamin contributed to the smoothing of clinical manifestations of nephropathy in 77% of cases. Against the background of its intake, an increase in the secretory function of the kidneys was observed. Patients noted an improvement in general well-being, a decrease in pain syndrome, and an improvement in appetite.

Application:

Renisamin is recommended to be taken 1-3 tablets 10-15 minutes before meals 2-3 times a day for 10-15 days. Repeat the course after 3-6 months. Renisamin has no contraindications and can be used both independently and as part of complex therapy.

Compound:

Active ingredient: 1 tablet contains: renisamine powder*-10 mg. * complex of polypeptides and nucleic acids obtained from bovine kidney tissue. Excipients: Lactose (filler), granulated sugar (thickener), potato starch (leavening agent), calcium stearate (anti-caking agent), methacrylic acid copolymer dispersion (enteric coating), propylene glycol (emulsifier).

*All results are individual and depend on your health condition.
