RETURN OF GOODSThe reasons for returning an order may be: wrong items in the order, or any defects present. We would like to remind you that products that your order will be accepted back only in full (no individual item from the order should be missing), as well as in full packaging with an intact (unused) appearance. If you received an order that does not correspond to the proper quality (wrong items in the order, defect presence), you need to send an e-mail to: [email protected] with the subject: Claim, and order No. If you place an order and the order has already been sent to you, but not delivered, and for some personal reason you refuse to receive it, then you will have to cover the cost of shipping BOTH ways.
